Here's what you can expect after completing checkout:

If you have not yet submitted your photos do so now by emailing to simprovideo@aol.com or snail mail or Fed Ex/UPS overnight to Sim Pro Video & Audio 1550 Old East Road NE Palmyra, IN 47164.

Once we receive your photos, we'll assign your order into the appropriate design queue and you'll be emailed the status update.

We create your video e-card announcement proof. Once your proof is ready we will email you the status update with a link for you to be able to view your video e-card announcement and proof online.

From the time we receive your announcement request, please allow 48-72 hours to receive first video e-card announcement proof.

After your proof is proofed the first time, you'll have an opportunity to request minor changes and tweaks to your layout and text if necessary. We will provide you with two separate sets of revisions at no charge.

After Proof Approval

Once you approve your video e-card announcement proof, your video e-card will be placed on our website. We will also email you a link to your video e-card announcement, so you may send it out to all your family and friends, by email. It will also be placed on a special video channel, for the public to view, if you request this when completing the information form.

Your order will not be completed until all your requested changes have been made and we have your final approval.
