- If you have a special announcement/event you wish to be mailed to all members, which is not produced by Sim Pro Video & Audio, there will be a administration fee of $9.95, per mailing.
- All announcements, events, etc. will be emailed to all Sim Pro Email Directory members.
- If the announcement or event is produced by Sim Pro Video, it will also be sent out through several search engines, such as You Tube, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Some examples of what may be mailed out are: special events, special announcements, sales, promotions, festivals, fairs, garage sales, yard sales, items for sale, special tips & information, fund raisers, reunions, or special notifications.
Sim Pro Email Directory Members Guidelines:
- All members agree to receive all email mailings sent by Sim Pro Video & Audio, from all other Sim Pro Email Directory members.
- You are allowed up to 1 email mailing per week.
- If the announcement or event is not produced by Sim Pro Video & Audio, it will be the customer's responsibilty to prepare their announcement or event, in text format. Be sure spelling and punctuation are correct. You may include hyperlink text.
- You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
- Sim Pro Video & Audio has the right to cancel any notifiations, due to inappropriate material, etc.
- No job opportunities or internet sales opportunities are allowed.
How Do I Become a Sim Pro Email Directory Member?
- Complete the short form below. You will receive a confirmation to your email address, immediately.
Non-Disclosure - Only Sim Pro’s directors, officers and
employees have (limited) access to Client email and
information. Sim Pro will not disclose Confidential Information,
email information or email contents to any third party, unless
required to do so by court order. In particular, Sim Pro does
not allow subcontractors, affiliates, partners, resellers or any
other third party to access Client email.
